What do I do if the appraisal comes in low?

If the appraisal on the property comes back at less-than-value, it’s recommended that the buyer and seller try to meet in the middle somewhere on price in order to continue the deal.
However, we understand that this is not always possible. If the appraisal is low and subsequently the deal fails to close, the property is made active on the market again and the Platform Fee is refunded to the buyer in full under our Appraisal Guarantee.
